Jonathan leads Oon Jai’s short-term volunteer program including volunteer recruitment. He also oversees Oon Jai's Southeast Asian staff,  assisting with the personal development of everyone by encouraging and promoting a balanced-life.

Jonathan became passionate about the people of Southeast Asia after traveling profusely in the area. His compassionate nature and "putting others first" approach makes him an invaluable member of the team.
